I am Ionel Panaite, the owner of Enjoy Private Chef in Rhodes, Greece. I’m an International private chef with 22 years of experience. I’ve had a pleasure to cook for hundreds of people in five star hotels in Greece as well as corporate event venues in London.
I’ve also crafted menus and cooked in Buddha Bar, Gaucho, British gastro pubs, as well as private clubs in London. I’m an expert in Greek, Italian, Pan-Asian and Modern British cuisine, with a special love for a beautifully seasoned BBQ.
Cooking for me is my life, my passion. I love experimenting with different ingredients and making beautifully presented, delicious food as a private chef here in Rhodes. I love it when my dishes make people smile!
